About Precious Personalities

Welcome to Precious Personalities! We are a mom-owned e-boutique specializing in family products that are difficult to find in stores. Located in suburban Philadelphia, we strive to ensure quality, function and style. We stock only items quality enough for our children to use--our boys, ages 4 and 2, are our product testers. If it passes the C&W test, Precious Personalities is pleased to offer it to you!

Customer Service

Discounts
You may only use one discount per purchase. This applies to both codes and multiple purchases (for example, buying 3 or more items and saving 10% will only be applied if you are not using a coupon code.) Sorry, price adjustments on previously purchased items will not be given.

Shipping Information
While we attempt to ship all items sooner, items are shipped within 5-7 business days, unless they are stated to be on backorder.  We usually ship USPS regular mail. If you would like to upgrade to Priority Mail and that is not an option on our purchasing screen, please send us an e-mail and we will invoice you the actual difference.

Please note our recent shipping cost change. Due to increases from USPS, we have changed our shipping fee structure. We now offer free shipping when you spend over $85.

We are willing to ship to countries outside of the US!
If you are interested in placing an order, email it to Julie@preciouspersonalities.com. Appropriate shipping charges will be calculated and an invoice will be sent to youl.

Sales tax
6% tax will be charged to residents of Pennsylvania.

Refunds & Exchanges
On personalized items, we regrettably cannot issue refunds or exchanges. For items that are not personalized we accept returns of unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Please send an e-mail so that we can process your exchange.

Privacy Information
We will not share any information that you provide to us. It is used solely for order confirmation, billing and delivery purposes.

Safety
We want you and your kids to enjoy precious items. Please monitor their play responsibly. Precious Personalities is not responsible for injuries due to misuse or rough play with our products.

We're Green
Not with envy, but with knowledge. And one thing we know is that the world will be a little better for our Precious ones if we don't supply so much waste. Precious Personalities contributes to the environmental cause in a variety of ways including:

You won't receive an invoice or receipt. On paper that is. Every order receives an e-mailed receipt with which we also receive a copy. And we keep it on record for 1 year. We ask  you to keep your receipt on your computer as well.

We rarely offer gift wrap. Exceptions are items that are drop-shipped from an outside source. While we don't gift wrap here, we are happy to include a small message on a business-sized card.
